CALL FOR TUTORIALS

The Organizing Committee of WICON 2010 invites submission of tutorial proposals for half-day and full-day presentations on topics of interest of the conference. We invite prospective instructors to submit a full proposal submission by July 1 2009. The PDF or word version of proposal shall be submitted to the tutorial chair via email j.he@swansea.ac.uk with the subject of WICON 2010 tutorial.

1. The following information must be included in all proposals:

• Title of the tutorial proposal
• Motivation and objective
• Subject area
• A short summary of the tutorial proposal
• Detailed outline of topics covered
• Intended audience
• Full name, title, and affiliation of the instructor(s)
• Biographical sketch of all instructor(s)
• Prior history of the tutorial presentation
• Intended length of the tutorial (half-day or full-day)

2. All complete proposals will be judged and ranked using the following criteria:

• Importance of the topic
• Timeliness of the topic
• Conference coverage of topics
• Track record of the instructor
• Previous history for instructing tutorials
